Instruction for the authors

To ensure that your paper meets the requirements for ICEEIT publication, please remember to carefully read and follow the next instructions / any additional guidelines provided by the conference, which will increase the chances of your paper being accepted for IEEE publication.

  1. Paper Formatting:
  • Use the IEEE conference paper template provided by IEEE. This template can be found on the IEEE website or through your conference’s submission system.
  • Ensure that your paper is formatted in two columns, with a font size of 10 points or larger.
  • Use Times New Roman font throughout the paper.
  • Do not include page numbers or headers/footers.
  1. Paper Length:
  • Limit your paper to a maximum of 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
  • If you exceed this limit, your paper may be rejected or you may be required to pay additional fees.
  1. Title and Author Information:
  • Include a concise and informative title at the beginning of your paper.
  • List all authors’ names and affiliations below the title.
  • Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide their email address.
  1. Abstract:
  • Begin your paper with an abstract that summarizes the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
  • Keep the abstract within 150-250 words.
  1. Introduction:
  • Provide a clear introduction to your research problem and its significance.
  • Clearly state the objectives of your study.
  1. Methodology:
  • Describe in detail the methods and techniques used in your research.
  • Provide enough information for readers to understand and replicate your work if necessary.
  1. Results and Discussion:
  • Present your findings clearly and concisely.
  • Use tables, figures, graphs, or charts to support your results when appropriate.
  • Discuss the implications of your findings and compare them with previous studies if applicable.
  1. Conclusion:
  • Summarize the main findings of your research in a concise manner.
  • Highlight any limitations or future directions for further research.
  1. References:
  • Include a list of all cited references at the end of your paper.
  • Follow the IEEE citation style guidelines for formatting your references.
  1. Proofreading and Review:
  • Carefully proofread your paper for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  1. Submission Process:
  • Follow the submission instructions provided by the conference.
  • Ensure that you meet all deadlines rolls.
